• All prices on the website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

• Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase.
• Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan and credit/debit card payments for international orders. Full payment must be received before the order is shipped.
• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Local Shipping: We charge a flat delivery rate of 160 PKR for all orders within Pakistan. Orders above 5500 PKR qualify for free delivery.
• International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders depend on the destination. Delivery times may vary and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery Times: Standard delivery times are:

  • International: 7-14 business days (subject to customs clearance).

5. Return and Exchange Policy

• You can return or exchange any unused and unworn items within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Return Conditions: Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom orders, and products that have been altered or damaged by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Refunds will only be issued for items returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
• If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be provided. However, once the order is shipped, no cancellation or refund is allowed.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
