Refund and Exchange Policy
At Niqabees, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you face any issues, please refer to the following policy to guide you through our refund and exchange process.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or return on a defective item, the product must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Complaints regarding missing items must be accompanied by an unboxing video of the package.

Exchanges
For Hijabs
We offer a 3 Days No Questions Asked Exchange Policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to our warehouse in Karachi for a voucher exchange. While we strive to deliver a great experience, we encourage customers to consider the effort put into packing and dispatching your order.
- Email us at niqabeeshijab@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange.
- Products must be returned in saleable condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Exchanges may be rejected if the item is found stained, worn, perfumed, or modified in any way.
Note: Exchanges are only allowed once per order; exchange on exchange is not applicable.
For Modest Dresses & Abayas
- You may exchange dresses for a different size (subject to availability).
- We do not offer exchanges for different designs if your requested size is unavailable and the item was delivered correctly.
- Change of mind or personal preferences will not qualify for exchanges in this category.
Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your package.
Process of Exchange
Once approved, send your items back to our Karachi warehouse, including your order ID clearly labeled. The items must reach us within 10 days after approval.
- Upon inspection, you will receive a voucher equivalent to the value of the item, valid for 1 month.
- The item(s) must be in the original condition as delivered, with all packaging and tags intact. If the item(s) are found stained, worn, or modified, your exchange claim will be rejected, and shipping fees will be charged for returning the items.
Please note that courier charges for exchanges due to a change of mind are the customer's responsibility.
The complete process might take 15-20 days.
Color Issues
Please note that color variations may occur due to differences in display settings across devices. While we try our best to capture the true color of the product, we cannot guarantee an exact match. If you have concerns about colors, you can refer to our Instagram stories or reach out to our social media team for additional images or angles.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:
- Namaz Chadars
- Kids Scarves
- Gift Boxes
- Accessories (pins, underscarves, scrunchies, niqabs, niqab sets)
Additionally, sale items, bundled discounted items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit (voucher) that can be used for future purchases. We do not offer cash refunds at this time.
Parcel Refusals
We take strict action against customers who refuse to pay delivery charges after a parcel has been dispatched. Once the parcel is sent, associated costs (marketing, labor, packaging) must be covered. If you refuse the parcel:
- A fee of Rs 250 for delivery charges will be applied.
- Refusal may result in mandatory prepayment for future orders.
